Were looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Spa Associate to join our front desk team at Hand & Stone Bloomingdale ! If you love providing exceptional guest experiences and working in a relaxing spa environment, wed love to meet you.

About the Role

As a Spa Associate, youll be the first and last impression for every guest. Youll help create a warm, welcoming environment, assist guests with check-ins and checkouts, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and educate guests on our services and membership programs.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly base pay with opportunity for commissions based on :

Membership conversions

Retail product sales

Bonus opportunities for performance and milestones

Employee service discounts

Continued employment is contingent upon maintaining a minimum 25% monthly membership conversion rate.
