Position : OB / GYN Physician

Location : Shelton, Connecticut

A well-regarded healthcare facility in Shelton, Connecticut, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB / GYN Physician to join its women's health team.

As a non-profit institution affiliated with the Yale School of Medicine and other academic partners, the facility offers a broad range of clinical services, including emergency care, advanced imaging, minimally invasive surgery, and comprehensive women's health services.

  • Open to newly trained graduates.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide obstetric and gynecologic evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment for patients across all reproductive age groups.
  • Manage prenatal care, deliveries, gynecologic procedures, and routine women's health services.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, midwives, and support staff.
  • Participate in patient care planning, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.

    • Position Requirements :

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of an accredited OB / GYN residency program.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Active Connecticut medical license or eligibility to obtain.
  • Open to newly trained graduates.
