Wellness Center - Membership Sales Representative (Full-time)

This role will be responsible for driving new membership sales and membership retention through excellent customer service, relationship building, and continued process improvement. The ideal candidate is self-driven, well-organized, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Primary Duties :

• Creating and executing effective sales strategies to drive membership sales.
• Identifying business opportunities to continue to fill the pipeline with prospects.
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face service, phone, text and email communication.
• Meet and exceed sales goals as set by the Membership Sales Director and the Senior Director of the Wellness Center.
• Participate in monthly team meetings to share best practices, improve processes, and develop sales skills.
• Conduct tours of the facility and assist members with account changes and requests.
• Facilitate meaningful partnerships with cross functional departments.
• Participate in off-site events to promote the Wellness Center to the surrounding community.
• Represent Humboldt Park Health in a positive and professional manner.

Compensation : Pay or shift range : $19.00 USD to $19.00 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job related reasons.
