Outsourced Vendor Manager
Copay is currently looking to hire an Outsourced Vendor Manager within our Hotel Network division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Wichita, KS, Lexington, KY, or St. Charles, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for managing operational performance of business process outsourcing (BPO) vendor employees for the Lodging division of Copay. They must have excellent written and oral communication skills, be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, changing operational environment. They must have exceptional people skills and will work closely with departments and BPO employees throughout both organizations. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of either training, leadership or relevant work experience. You will report directly to the Director, Hotel Compliance and regularly collaborate with other teams and departments.

The responsibilities of the role will include :
Monitoring the performance of assigned employees, providing real-time supportMaintaining daily communication with outsourcing vendor teams via e-mail and video conference callsMaintaining accurate daily outsourced vendor employee rosters including new hires, terminations, and cross trainingMaintaining daily, weekly, and monthly performance and SLA reportingCompleting and providing daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance analysis and reporting and identifying trends, outliers, and opportunities for improvementInvestigating any coaching opportunities identified by operations leadership and advising outsourced vendors regarding needed training, re-training, or corrective actionTroubleshooting login or system issuesDesigning, implementing, and managing strategic initiatives for the outsourced vendor teamsMaintaining necessary shared electronic files and recordsResearching, identifying, communicating, and resolving issues impacting the performance of teams and systemsCoordinating with departments and leadership throughout the organization to gain buy in and implement new processes to achieve greater operational efficiencyDeveloping resource materials for new and existing processes and proceduresPerforming all other duties as assigned by senior leadershipQualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's Degree preferred3+ years of prior supervisory experience managing direct reports, training or operational performanceDemonstrated ability to work in a team environment, teach others and provide constructive feedbackExcellent written and oral communication skills with various levels of audienceMust be detail-oriented, self-motivated and organizedExcellent problem solving and critical thinking skills, able to identify root cause and seek solutionsDemonstrated ability to learn and navigate multiple PC and web based applicationsDemonstrated ability with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and ExcelAbility to work in fast-paced, changing environmentsAbility to identify, communicate and resolve issues effectivelyDemonstrates a high degree of initiative, responsibility, persistence, and ownershipBenefits & Perks :
