About the job :
At least two years of relevant experience in a professional kitchen or seafood-focused environment, including handling and preparing seafood to a high standard.Proven ability to safely and efficiently shuck a variety of shellfish, with knowledge of identifying shellfish that are safe for consumption.Proficient in using a variety of knives to prepare seafood, including filleting fish and breaking down shellfish, with precision and confidence.Experience in cleaning and preparing whole fish for cooking, including gutting, scaling, and deboning, while maintaining safe and hygienic practices to minimize wasteComfortable following recipes and working quickly while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.Why join Flagship Restaurant Group ?
