CT Procedure Experience : Abdomen, Pelvis, Head / Neck, Chest, Spine, Musculoskeletal, Brain Perfusion, CTAs, Multiplanar Reconstruction

Description :

RTO after booking is not allowed.

Any call-offs or additional RTO could possibly lead to cancellation.

No weekend or holiday RTO allowed.

Travelers must be fully available with no other commitments to accommodate any schedule changes.

Missing any portion of orientation may result in a delayed or canceled start.

Final start date will be confirmed prior to the start week.

Daily caseload consists of 150-200 scans across 4 rooms.

The unit is very fast-paced, located in the emergency department.

Staffing typically includes 4-5 technicians on the first shift, 2-3 on the second shift after 5 PM, and 1 technician on the third shift.

Weekend shifts usually have 2 technicians.

Typical caseload for one technician in an 8-hour shift ranges from 8-12 patients.

Special procedures include routine emergency department patients, code stroke, and trauma patients.

The candidate must use Siemens scanners, specifically the S3000 and Sequoia.

Required patient age groups include infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Familiarity with EPIC and Visage Imaging software is expected.

Candidates must be comfortable floating within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals based on skill sets and census.

Travel pairs are allowed if submitted for and working in different units.

References from manager / supervisor preferred at the time of submission.

Candidates cannot work more than 5 days in a row or exceed 60 hours a week.

Completion of required modules must be done prior to start and annually.
