ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sr. Strategist is curious, empathetic, and proactive. They are an impact player - someone who steps up and leads, embraces change, and makes heavy demands feel lighter. This individual leads by example, upholding our agency values and holding themselves to a high standard.

The Sr. Strategist treats every initiative as a growth and development opportunity; they adapt and evolve with a positive attitude. Driven to always make things better, they proactively look for new opportunities to optimize our ways of working.

The Sr. Strategist will be responsible for :

• conducting brand analysis and competitive audits that lead to insightful opportunities.
• leveraging data to build consumer, cultural, category, and company insights.
• developing compelling brand names and narratives that resonate with consumers.
• ideating new product ideas and articulating them through functional statements and concept statements for research.
• building client-facing presentations that present insights, brand strategy, and creative strategy in an 'easy-get' format that tells a compelling story.
• managing up to the VP of Strategy through regular updates.
