Oracle Supply Chain BSA (San Francisco)

Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced Business Systems Analyst 4 to support UCSFs Supply Chain Management and Financial Systems initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in business process analysis, ERP systems, and cross-functional project leadership. You will be the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to drive strategic system enhancements and ensure operational excellence.

5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in higher education or public sector environments.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems and procurement / financial workflows.

Advanced skills in SQL, data analysis, and system integration.

Proven ability to lead complex projects with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
