Advanced Technology (AT) Strategic Business Unit (SBU) is a capability incubator, fueling the future of defense, from cutting-edge components to full-scale solutions, early ideation to production readiness, seabed to space. The Airborne Spectrum Dominance (ASD) Portfolio includes technologies spanning from Electro-Optic (EO) to Radio Frequency (RF) spectrums.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Contracts, who will work as an individual contributor to manage the full range of the contract management proposal acquisition life cycle. In this role you will be supporting dynamic contracts with numerous internal (geographically disperse) and external customers as a critical partner with the Program and Proposal Management Offices. The contracts range from small trade studies to large Development programs. This position will be supporting both classified and unclassified contracts.
In this role, you will be responsible for participation in the requirements analysis of Request for Proposals (RFP) (competitive and sole source) / Broad Agency Announcements (BAA), proposal strategy reviews and coordination, contract negotiation, contract administration, non-disclosure agreements, and other business agreements. Our contracts are Cost Reimbursable (CR), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Cost Plus Fixed Fee Level of Effort (CPFF-LOE), Time & Material [T&M], Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Firm Fixed Price - Level of Effort (FFP-LOE), and Other Transaction Agreements (OTA).

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
