The Role
Were seeking a motivated Sales Director to join our Mooresville, NC office and lead growth initiatives with our Lowes business. In this role, youll be responsible for driving sales strategies, strengthening partnerships, and delivering profitable growth across key accounts.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans that accelerate brand growth
Build and maintain strong retailer and client relationships
Lead account calls, market visits, and in-store initiatives
Present WGB solutions to both new and existing partners
Analyze sales and marketing data to guide strategy and execution
Provide program feedback and help enhance organizational effectiveness
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
57 years of sales experience, ideally with national retail accounts
Experience with Lowes Companies or similar home center environments preferred
Proven track record in sales growth and client development
Strong presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills
Business and data analysis expertise
Proficiency in sales-support software
Location & Travel
Based in Mooresville, NC | ~20% travel (Lowes Companies Support Center, manufacturer partners, and industry events)
