Evaluate existing building systems and provide expert recommendations. Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success. 5+ years of experience in the AEC field specializing in HVAC and plumbing design. Proficiency in Revit for developing construction documents. Experience writing construction specifications and system design. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to assess existing building systems and propose efficient solutions. Professional Engineer (PE) registration in South Dakota or the ability to obtain within 3 months. Must be able to work on-site in Sioux Falls or Brookings, SD (this is not a remote position).
