About this role : The Lead Clinician position provides a range of clinical case management services, coach and support assigned staff, and demonstrate leadership among the team.

The Location and hours : A&C is based in Central Indiana. For this position, we service the following counties : Marion County. Core Business Hours

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Provide treatment to assigned caseload.
• Promote a healthy and supportive work culture
• Coach and supervise team members
• Crisis intervention and emergency services
• Leaderships skills & Professional Development
• Accountability & documentation
• Support & Orient incoming staff
