The posted compensation range of $19.96 - $28.19 / hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating assigned staff to nursing units and facilities. Maintains database for assigned area regarding agency, external or internal, as well as Texas Float Pool. Serves as a resource for the staff and leadership for the scheduling and payroll systems.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

• High School Diploma / GED

Minimum Preferred Experience :

2 years in clerical, staffing, or patient placement. Experience with inpatient staffing is strongly preferred.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Unless directed by a Collective Bargaining Agreement, applications for this position will be considered on a rolling basis.
