Position Overview : The Senior Director is responsible in the supervision and monitoring of the Medical Regional Directors (RD) in the operations department, and to assist the Chief Operations Officer (COO) in the operational activities of the network in an effort to maximize growth and stability. Essential Duties :
- Provide the supervision and monitoring of performance of Regional Directors (RDs)
- Ensures that RD’s assigned duties are completed in a timely fashion consistent with organizational standards of accuracy and patient care.
- Assist with monitoring revenues and expenses of sites and programs within the department.
- Assist with providing education to RD’s.
- Assists with provider schedules and reviews FTE for site for staffing ratios.
- Responsible to ensure RD’s are assisting in training appropriately.
- Review programs and processes of sites and department for efficiency and value.
- Policy / Procedure development and review.
- Direct oversight of identified practices.
- Works very closely with the COO on oversight of the department and assures effective communication and coordination with other department.
- Responsible for RD’s TOR, timecard approvals etc.
- Conduct interviews with RD’s, and the COO.
- Assist the COO in the opening of a new practice site
- Responsible for requesting support staff and / or additional provider analysis.
- Provide leadership and training to the RD’s.
- Assists and assures JC, HRSA, and any other regulatory bodies.
- Assists and assures PCMH principles.
- Other duties as assigned Location and hours of the position63 Pitt Street Sharon, PA 16146Monday to Friday : 8.00am to 4.30pmThis opportunity is designed for in-person collaboration and is based at our Operations department in Sharon, PA. Job Requirements :
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in health care related field with at least 4 years of health care management. Master’s degree and a degree in the health care such as nursing preferred.
- Previous experience in a community health center preferred.
- Previous experience in practice management preferred.
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
