Evertrue Private Duty Coordinator
Provides support to the Evertrue Private Duty department by scheduling employees to provide services to Private Duty Clients; Adheres to the Code of Conduct and upholds the philosophy, vision, and core values of the organization and ensures the Christian Mission of Evertrue is realized so that "Older Adults Live Life to the Fullest".
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Inputs and manages data related to the scheduling of clients and caregivers
- Answers incoming phone calls and supports call if client or employee-related regarding scheduling
- Schedules appropriate employees to meet the needs of the clients
- Provides necessary documentation to assist Director and / or designee with supervision of Caregivers, CNA's and CMT's
- Maintains a working relationship with clients and private duty staff; Documents client concerns and notifies appropriate staff members
- Prepares monthly staffing calendars; Creates and confirms client calendars; Creates and schedules for each employee; Communicates staffing changes to on-call Staffing Coordinator; Receives scheduling changes from on-call Staffing Coordinators and updates schedule.
- Serves as the On-Call Coordinator as assigned and / or needed
- Provides documentation to Director when managing complaints and problem solving
- Initiates first stage of payroll process, ensuring all client visits are completed and all documentation provided; Ensures that employees have clocked in / clocked out as scheduled, makes corrections as needed, ensuring accuracy of clocking in / out prior to payroll
- Conducts Day 2 of Private Duty department employee orientation
- Provide PPE to employees as needed
- Creates client invoices on a regular basis, and submits billing to Evertrue Billing Department, including depositing checks and balancing spreadsheet
- Data entry in Clearcare database
- Provides On-Call Coordinator with a daily update email
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Ability to work independently.Knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent programs.Excellent customer service skills.Excellent problem resolution skills.Detail oriented and good organizational skills.High School diploma or equivalent, 2 years college preferred.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions :

Evertrue Pay & Benefits :
Pay grade : 11
Pay range : $20.50 / hour to $32.75 / hour
