Were in a dynamic stage of growth and are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who wants to step into a Director of Operations role helping lead both the clinical and administrative sides of the business.

The Opportunity

In this role youll be both hands-on in daily operations and influential in shaping the bigger picture of how our practice grows . The role serves as the practices second-in-command, working directly with the Founder to oversee and integrate the major functions of the business. Over time, the Director of Operations will step into full ownership of daily operations freeing the Founder to focus on growth, vision, and strategy.

Previous experience leading teams or managing cross-functional projects strongly preferred, but you dont need years of executive experience you need ambition, humility, and the desire to learn and lead.

In this role, youll help manage and improve :

• Clinical operations : quality of care, documentation compliance, complex cases, and clinical KPIs (utilization, cancellations, etc.)
• Administrative operations : billing, insurance & credentialing, new client onboarding, and tech systems
• Finance & marketing : Partnering with leadership on budgeting, performance tracking, and sustainable growth initiatives.
• Human resources & recruiting : hiring, onboarding, and team culture alignment
• Building structure and systems that support long-term growth and efficiency
