Service Associate – Autonomous Vehicle Industry Location :

  • Miami, FL, United States Work Environment : In-person Pay : $25.00 per hour Schedule : Full-time (30+ hours / week) Contract through : September 30, 2025 About the Role We are seeking a Service Associate in Miami, FL, to support our growing robo-taxi operations .
  • In this exciting role, you’ll be on the frontlines of the autonomous vehicle revolution—helping ensure vehicles are safe, charged, and ready for deployment.
  • You’ll work hands-on with state-of-the-art technology while supporting daily fleet operations, cleanliness, fueling, and site organization.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with our driving and parts teams to keep our test site running smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do Primary Responsibilities :

  • Support company milestones and optimize drive operations across multiple locations.
  • Maintain vehicles and facilities—ensuring all are clean, safe, and operational.
  • Manage fueling, charging, and logistical movement of vehicles and equipment.
  • Handle paperwork and documentation for vehicle readiness.
  • Execute “mission prep”—launching software, verifying hardware / software configurations, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Organize spare parts inventory and support readiness for operations.
  • Secondary Responsibilities :

  • Provide hands-on technical support (e.g., fluid changes, part replacements, wiring checks).
  • Assist with general testing :

  • documentation, traffic control, pre-mission setup, and driving support vehicles.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile Technical Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in Automotive Repair (preferred) 2–4 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, technical, or mechanical environment Comfortable using Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and Google Suite Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work physically (walking, bending, squatting, etc.) “Get-it-done” attitude and urgency to resolve issues quickly Able to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening Compliance with Substance Abuse Policy Work Schedule Options Saturday–Wednesday :
