Line Cook

What We’re Looking For :

Minimum 2 years of line cook experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen

Knowledge of Italian cuisine and steakhouse standards preferred

A team player with a positive attitude who thrives under pressure

Strong sense of urgency, cleanliness, and consistency

Reliable, punctual, and ready to work dinner shifts and weekends

Spanish language skills a plus

What You’ll Be Doing :

Preparing and executing dishes to our high standards during busy dinner service

Maintaining a clean and organized workstation

Supporting the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service

Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
