Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager (10+ years) to oversee client services, ensure SLA compliance, and manage day-to-day IT service operations. This role includes contract management, customer / vendor relationship handling, and driving process improvements for efficiency and quality delivery.

Location : Shakopee, MN or Eden Prairie, MN. Only local candidates

Key Responsibilities :

Manage service performance and SLAs
Lead daily IT service delivery and end-user support tickets
Oversee contracts, vendors, and client relationships
