• The hiring manager is looking for someone with very specific experience related to self-insured Workers' Compensation programs — particularly in  QSI coverage reporting .
• When submitting candidates who mention self-insured or regulatory reporting experience, please confirm whether their background includes  QSI coverage reporting , or if their involvement was limited to claims handling.
• Additionally, please verify if they have experience with broader regulatory tasks such as submitting quarterly reports, reporting aggregate payroll for all employees, compiling financial statements, determining assessment fees, and managing surety bond requirements.
• This clarification is critical to ensure candidates meet the specific regulatory reporting needs of the role.
• Job Summary Requires detail oriented person to assist clients to complete various state reporting requirements to maintain W orkers’ Compensation Qualified Self-Insurance status and / or compliance with monopolistic fund requirements.  The ideal candidate will have related prior experience in multiple states.
