Job Title : Industrial Maintenance Technician

Shift : Either 4am-2 : 30pm Monday through Thursday OR 6am-2 : 30pm Monday through Friday.

Starting Pay : $25+ based on skills and experience

Location : Gainesville, FL (32653)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing mechanical equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal plant operations. This role supports production by minimizing downtime and maintaining equipment reliability. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of production machinery and systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot and maintain production machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Equipment includes dust collectors, hoppers, conveyors, bag fillers, palletizers, etc
• Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Replace and rewire 480V 3-phase motors.
• Perform mechanical repairs on conveyor systems, including changing belts, chains, rollers, bearings, sprockets, and pulleys.
• Diagnose and repair issues with photo eye sensors.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with other maintenance and production team members to resolve equipment issues efficiently.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $42.00 / hr.
