The Cashier / Receptionist at Canobie Lake Honda, plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient front-desk operations while delivering exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for managing financial transactions accurately and promptly, as well as greeting and assisting customers both in person and over the phone. The role requires balancing administrative duties with customer interaction, creating a welcoming environment that reflects the professionalism of the dealership. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall customer experience by providing clear communication, handling inquiries, and supporting sales and service teams.   • Responsibilities :

  • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
  • Greet and welcome customers upon arrival, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Skills :

    The required skills such as cash handling and POS system operation are essential for processing transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and financial integrity.     Hours would be 7 : 00 am-12 : 00 pm Monday thru Friday
