This is an on-site position and can be based from any of Asure's hub office locations including Austin, TX; Santa Ana, CA; Burlington, VT; Cherry Hill, NJ; Rochester, NY; Tampa, FL; or Cherry Hill, NJ

How you will contribute :

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise clients, providing proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Develop a deep understanding of each clients payroll tax structure, operations, and compliance needs.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with client payroll and finance teams to ensure consistent, compliant tax operations.
• Conduct regular client review meetings to discuss performance metrics, outstanding items, and upcoming deadlines.
• Manage client cases and inquiries to ensure timely, accurate, and thorough resolution in line with service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

The base range for this role is $33.00-38.00 per hour depending upon level of experience.
