• Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months' separation from employment.MaineHealth is looking for a Registered Nurse to join their busy Family Medicine outpatient practice in Scarborough, Maine. This is a triage position where you'll use your active listening skills to apply policies and protocols when assessing and treating patients over the phone.This position is Part Time within the Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm schedule. If you're looking for an opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team and use your RN clinical judgment skills to provide appropriate care and treatment to our patients, we'd love to hear from you.Summary : The Registered Nurse II - Ambulatory role uses professional nursing processes to assess the needs of patients and families calling or presenting for care in the physician office and performs a wide variety of patient care services to assist physicians / advanced practice practitioners in delivering excellent care to patients of the practice.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
• Education : Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• License / Certifications : Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• Experience : One year of RN experience required. Two years of relevant experience preferred. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Registered Nurse I - Ambulatory Care role.
