We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Long-Term Care Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest standard of care for our residents. As a Nurse Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating care, mentoring staff, and upholding compliance and quality standards. Your leadership will directly impact the well-being and dignity of those we serve.

Shift : 9am – 5pm OR 10am 6pm – Weekends Only

Pay : $45hr+ based on experience

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs); manage scheduling, training, and performance evaluations; provide on-call support.
• Clinical Oversight : Monitor resident care and health plans; review documentation, admissions, and Medicare charting; coordinate with medical providers; ensure proper medication and treatment administration.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to all regulations; maintain accurate EHR assessments and records; support audits and inspections.
• Resident & Family Relations : Communicate with residents and families; address concerns; lead care plan meetings and promote resident-centered care.
• Incident Response : Handle emergencies; conduct investigations and reports; implement follow-up actions as needed.
