Are you an experienced veterinary assistant eager to learn new skills? Are you interested in helping pets and clients during emergencies?

Beacon Veterinary Specialists, a well-established emergency and specialty practice in Fremont, CA, is seeking full-time Veterinary Assistants to join our Emergency department!

Pay : $25 - $35 per hour

Location : 1618 Washington Blvd, Fremont, CA 94539

Key Responsibilities :

• Patient Care : Assist with triage and emergency care, including performing or assisting with physical examinations, administering medications, monitoring fluid levels and vital signs.
• Client Communication : Educate clients, provide compassionate support, present recommended treatment plans with estimated costs, and review discharge instructions.
• Veterinarian Assistance : Carry out tasks, verbal or written, as requested by the veterinarian to support diagnostic and treatment processes.
