Contract Specialist

Summary :

The Contract Specialist will be responsible for the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards. This position plays a key role in supporting project execution by managing vendor agreements, client contracts, and other business-related agreements.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including service agreements, vendor contracts, subcontracts, and NDAs.
• Ensure contract terms align with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
• Manage contract modifications, renewals, terminations, and extensions.
