We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to define product strategy, roadmap, development, and GTM for this key area of our product experience. Working with feedback from customers and internal stakeholders, you will prioritize high-impact solutions to customer problems and drive the launch of new products to satisfy our customers’ needs. This is an opportunity to play an important role in guiding the product direction of an expanding startup experiencing rapid growth.

What You Will Do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and goals for Nucleus’ ticketing integrations and associated functionality, as well as additional Nucleus products.
• Drive strategic product decisions by evaluating customer feedback and market trends
• Define and analyze metrics for product performance, and drive improvement against those metrics over time
• Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, and coordinate cross-functional teams toward solving customer problems
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver shippable products
