Property Accountant

A company is looking for a Property Accountant to provide full cycle accounting support for the Short-Term Rental Team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily accounting functions for multiple rental markets and prepare monthly financial reports

Review and maintain accuracy of general ledgers, including G / L activity posting and balance sheet reconciliation

Coordinate with various departments to ensure accounting accuracy and assist with internal / external audits

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred or equivalent experience

3+ years of Property Management accounting experience; short-term rental management experience is a plus

Familiarity with STR platforms and operations tools

Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite products

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
