1st shift - Engineering Manager $$95-115k / year in Peoria IL

Job Duties :
- Engages in extensive consultation with customers to identify needs.
- Develop core ideas for customized products.
- Directs associates in the Engineering Dept to create designs and prints.
- Ability to use modeling programs (i.e. Autodesk, AutoCAD)
- Leads evaluation of product design efficiency.
- Oversee, direct and develop Design Engineers and Detailers.
- Manage communication and relationships with clients, OEM's and any additional vendors.
