ROLE DESCRIPTION :
We are seeking a friendly and professional Spanish-speaking customer service receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities will include answering phone calls, assisting with inquiries, and scheduling appointments. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential for this role.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
