THE POSITION
Are you interested in providing essential office support for Pennsylvania lottery licensing processes? The Department of Revenue, Bureau of Pennsylvania State Lottery, Customer Support Division is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Management Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for processing retailer license applications, retailer change of ownership requests, and yearly license renewals. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Management Technician, you will be responsible for reviewing documentation in preparation for the licensing approval or denial process. Work involves interpreting whether requests are complete or accurate, suspending or reactivating lottery retailers, as well as identifying problems and analyzing data regarding the licensing process and making recommendations for improvement. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential as you will have the opportunity to coordinate with vendors to resolve issues and secure explanations for anomaly situations, incomplete information, or inaccurate data.
