About the Role

As a Warehouse Team Lead, you'll take a hands-on role in overseeing daily shipping, receiving, and material handling operations within our manufacturing facility. You'll help coordinate workflow, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure materials and products are efficiently and safely moved through the plant to support production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, staging, material movement, and outbound shipments.
• Lead, train, and support warehouse associates to achieve productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and communicate material needs to Production and Purchasing teams.
• Oversee proper use of forklifts and material handling equipment; ensure inspections and safety checks are completed daily.
• Maintain organized storage areas, labeling systems, and accurate documentation for all incoming and outgoing materials.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Purchasing) to ensure smooth flow of goods.
• Enforce compliance with all safety regulations, PPE requirements, and 5S / LEAN principles.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of best practices.
• Assist in employee coaching and performance feedback as needed.
• Ensure all shipments meet quality and documentation requirements prior to release.
