Automotive Shop Foreman

Location : Green Bay, WI

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Earning Potential : Up to $120,000 annually

About the Role :

We are a locally owned and operated automotive repair shop seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Shop Foreman to join and lead our team in Green Bay, WI . This is a hands-on leadership role that combines advanced technical expertise with strong team management skills.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of management experience, a Master ASE Certification , and a commitment to excellence in both diagnostics and team support. You'll serve as a technical resource for other technicians, provide mentorship, and ensure that the shop runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform advanced diagnostics and support other technicians with troubleshooting and repairs

Serve as a primary point of contact for technical questions and workflow coordination

Maintain a professional, organized, and productive work environment

Uphold high standards of customer service and shop performance

Support ongoing training and development for the team

What We're Looking For :

Master ASE Certified

Minimum 5 years of management or leadership experience in an automotive shop

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Experience with Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)

Team player with a positive attitude and leadership mindset

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Willingness to pursue ongoing training and certification

European vehicle experience is a plus
