Certified Payroll Specialist
A construction organization is seeking a payroll specialist to join their team and own certified payroll reporting. The ideal candidate will come from the construction industry, knowledge in QuickBooks, and an expertise in certified payroll reporting.
What you'll do :
- Prepare and submit certified payroll reports using WageHub and EMARS systems.
- Utilize QuickBooks Desktop for data exports and reporting.
- Generate reports in multiple formats for clients and compliance (including Turner, Tishman, Torcon).
- Assist with onboarding new reporting requirements (CMA, Newark reporting) and familiarity with Quantum systems.
- Write checks and perform occasional office support tasks as needed, adaptable in the workplace.

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $33.00 / hr.
