10-4 Logistics USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and experienced drivers to run regional dry van routes east of I-35. This role is intended for drivers who have completed truck driving training and want predictable regional schedules with 100% no-touch freight while professionally representing the company.
Pay range : $70,000 to $80,000 annually.
- Home time : Two days every other week
- Area of operation : Routes east of I-35
- Equipment : Late-model Freightliner tractors; automatic
- Freight : Dry van; 100% no-touch
- Paid training : First 4–6 weeks with a mentor; $650 per week training stipend
Primary responsibilities include :
Safe vehicle operation : Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.Timely transport : Deliver dry van freight on assigned regional routes according to schedules and customer requirements.Pretrip / posttrip inspections : Perform thorough inspections and report defects or maintenance needs promptly.Recordkeeping : Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation.Communication : Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch; follow routing and delivery instructions.Freight handling : Secure loads to prevent damage or loss and follow handling procedures for dry van freight.Incident reporting : Report accidents, delays, safety concerns, or compliance issues immediately and cooperate with investigations.Professional representation : Present the company professionally during customer and public interactions.Minimum qualifications :
