AI Solutions Architect

Required Qualifications :

7+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education

7+ year's experience in software development

7+ year's experience in Java, Spring boot, Python, OpenShift containers, and other relevant technologies and frameworks

5+ years of Architecture Design Patters, including deep learning, natural language processing and Financial Applications

5+ Experience with Cloud Services and infrastructure Automation (GCP, OCP)

5+ Experience in Angular / React

3+ years of experience in AI / ML engineering, with hands-on work in LLMs.

Proven expertise in prompt engineering techniques and tools.

Strong understanding of model governance, validation, and ethical AI principles

Desired Skills Experience with Gemini LLMs and Google Cloud IR capabilities.

Knowledge of NLP, RAG architectures, and vector search systems.Knowledge of Chatbots, Generative / Agentic models

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams

Experience with the agile development methodologies and version control systems such as GIT

Experience of DevOps with CI / CD

Certification in AI, machine learning or a related field

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science or a related field
