What You’ll Be Doing

Provide professional lawn care and licensed tree injection services (part-time).

Train and transition into general pest control work (full training provided).

Deliver high-quality service outdoors in all weather conditions.

Operate independently in the field while being a key member of our team.

Support and educate customers on best practices for lawn, tree, and pest management.

What We Expect From You

Experience : Must be a licensed lawn care and tree injection technician. Pest control license not required—we will train you.

Leadership : Management experience is a plus.

Dependability : Strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability.

Physical Stamina : Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Driving Record : Valid driver’s license held for at least 4 years, with no major violations in the past 5 years.

Age & Testing : Must be 21+ with the ability to pass a drug test.

Primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts as needed
