Medical Billing Specialist

A company is looking for a Medical Billing Specialist (Payment Posting).

Key Responsibilities

Analyze EOBs and post manual payments

Identify payers with payment posting issues and correct errors

Investigate payment discrepancies and document all payment-related activities

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in revenue cycle management and billing for commercial and Medicaid plans

Experience with payment posting, especially in the autism space

Knowledge of denials and corrections

Minimum availability of 35 hours / week during core business hours

Strong organizational skills and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
