HireCall is looking for a  Shipping Lead to join one of our valued clients’ teams in Tulsa! This is a great opportunity to grow with a company that values accuracy, teamwork, and strong communication.

What You’ll Do

As the Shipping Lead, you’ll take charge of daily shipping operations — coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and working closely with production, sales, and customer service to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. You’ll be the go-to person for making sure everything moves efficiently and accurately.

Shift : 7am-3 : 30pm Monday - Friday

Pay : $19-$23 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Oversee shipping activities including truckload, LTL, and ground shipments

Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and compliant

Manage packaging and labeling to meet regulations and standards

Maintain inventory accuracy and support warehouse organization

Collaborate across departments to meet customer needs

Communicate clearly and professionally with vendors and clients

Identify and solve problems quickly to keep shipments on track

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a shipping lead or similar logistics role

Experience with shipping systems software and ERP systems

Strong understanding of freight classifications and shipping regulations

Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management

Excellent time management and attention to detail

A proactive attitude and a team-first mindset
