Pay Range : $49-$54 DOE
FT ONLY
RN Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provide nursing care to patients on assigned unit
- Administer and record medications / treatments as ordered
- Complete nursing assessments, evaluations, progress notes, and alert charting as necessary
- Educates and provides health care instructions to residents / families as necessary
- Collaborates with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities
- Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients as necessary
- Communicate with Providers and nurse management regarding patients' condition, changes, medications, vitals, etc.
- Provide direct care to residents as needed
- Direct unit staff as necessary
- Report to direct supervisor (Unit Nurse Manager) all resident and staff issues / concerns as needed
- Charge Nurse as scheduled
