You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's credit and collections processes, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing payments, and providing timely and accurate financial information.

Responsibilities :
1. Managing and maintaining our company's credit policies, procedures, and guidelines.
2. Performing credit reviews and approvals for new and existing customers.
3. Monitoring and managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
4. Conducting in-depth analysis of credit reports and financial data to assess creditworthiness.
5. Implementing strategies and processes to improve credit and collections operations.
6. Collaborating with sales and customer service teams to manage customer accounts and resolve any credit-related issues.
7. Preparing and presenting reports on credit and collections activities and metrics.
8. Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in credit management and collections.
9. Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of credit and collections processes.
Qualifications :
1. 3+ years of experience in credit management, collections, accounts receivable, and customer facing experience.
2. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound decisions.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach.
6. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
7. A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
8. The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
