Description :

This position requires a Resource Pool RN for a 52-week assignment.

The schedule consists of 3x12 hour night shifts.

Shifts run from 6 : 45 PM to 7 : 15 AM with a possibility of additional 4x12 hour shifts by request.

RNs must be comfortable working in all PCU and Med-Surg units.

Staffing needs are reviewed every 4 hours, which may lead to floating between units.

Patient ratios in the PCU are 5 : 1 and in Med-Surg are 6 / 7 : 1.

Prior charge experience is preferred.

Candidates must possess skills in blood product administration, ventilated patient care, and central line management.

Experience with telemetry and the interpretation of dysrhythmias is required.

Travelers must work at least one holiday during their assignment, except for winter holidays, which require two holidays.

Compliance documentation must be submitted by the specified deadline.
