Description

We are hiring an Operations Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing team within our manufacturing value stream at our Wood Plant in Grand Rapids!

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a direct impact on production, quality, and cost performance while developing talent and driving continuous improvement. You'll join a collaborative operations network and oversee a team of 25-30 employees in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You are a strategic and people-focused leader with a passion for operational excellence. You thrive in manufacturing environments, bring strong problem-solving skills, and are energized by coaching teams to success.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent experience
• 3-7+ years of formal leadership experience in manufacturing or operations
• Proven ability to manage people, processes, and performance
• Strong understanding of production systems, quality, and safety standards
