As a Hotel Laundry Attendant at Home2 Suites - Wilmington Medical Park, you will be responsible for ensuring that all linens, and towels are cleaned, pressed, folded and delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Your role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation expected by our guests. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate laundry machines, including washers, dryers, and pressing equipment, to clean and prepare linens, and towels.

Ensure that all laundry is cleaned, dried, and pressed to the highest standards of quality.

Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and notify the supervisor of any shortages or needs for replacement.

Handle guest laundry requests with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring timely delivery of guest items.

Follow all safety procedures and protocols, including proper handling of laundry chemicals and equipment.

Perform routine maintenance on laundry equipment and report any malfunctions or repair needs to the supervisor.

Maintain accurate records of laundry activities, including inventory levels, equipment usage, and any issues or incidents.
