Schedule Night Shift : 7 : 00 pm - 7 : 00 am; 36 hours per week, with every other weekend required. Job Description The Staff Nurse, RN provides professional nursing care through the application of nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate patients' plan of care, while creating an atmosphere that supports the mission to care, to heal, to educate. The Staff Nurse acts as the primary care giver, providing direct patient care and collaborating with other care team members, physicians, and patients / families to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The nurse has access to confidential patient information and makes independent decisions as well as collaborates with others as necessary. Responsibilities Manage and conduct care for up to 3 ICU step-down patients or up to 4 medical / surgical type patients. Collaborate with the care team to optimize patient outcomes. Provide direct nursing care based on patients' needs and care plans. Maintain confidentiality of patient information in all interactions. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Experience preferred in managing DKA, ETOH withdrawal, Cardizem drips, and AFIB. Current RN license required. Why ARMStaffing?
