job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCompetitive Compensation Great Work Environment Career Advancement Opportunities Vacuum pool floors, steps, walls, tiles, pump baskets, and more Test pool water and balance the water chemistry based on those results Document pool issues and repair needs, and communicate the status of the equipment to both management and customers Install new underwater lights Use certified pool equipment to clean swimming pools and water filters Test pH levels for water quality and add or maintain chemicals levels Diagnose faulty equipment to determine if it needs to be fixed or replaced Instruct clients on best practices for maintaining their pool Prior experience with pool chemicals, maintenance techniques and equipment, is strongly preferred Must be able to lift heavy equipment and dexterity Valid drivers license required Applicant must have high school diploma or equivalent Ability to work in harsh weather conditions Must have a clean driving record and drive safely and courteously, obeying signs and driving rules Must be able to work with paperwork and software management systems for pool service Must have a great attitude and be willing to learn continually Pool Service technicians must be able to communicate politely with clients and team members and complete all work in a timely and accurate manner
