BioSpace . This role offers an outstanding opportunity to shape clinical study design and data analysis, supporting digital transformation initiatives within Amgen's Clinical Development - Digital Technology and Innovation (DTI) organization.

What You Will Do

Establish and maintain key partnerships within the Clinical Study Design and Analysis teams and collaborate with Digital Technology & Innovation organizations to define the strategic roadmap.

Influence the vision and roadmap aligned with technology strategy in partnership with business stakeholders.

Identify and leverage pioneering technologies to facilitate data management and streamline processes.

Develop, manage, and prioritize the product team backlog and budget.

Cultivate the growth and development of product team members.

Collaborate with other product, platform, and infrastructure teams.

What We Expect Of You

Relevant degree and years of experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Biology, with managerial or leadership experience managing teams or projects.

Preferred qualifications include domain knowledge in Clinical Development, hands-on experience as a Product Owner, and technical proficiency in Python, R, AI / ML frameworks, AWS services, Docker, CI / CD, and Databricks.

Strong communication skills and ability to organize and lead multi-functional teams.
