CPA Licensed Tax Director

A company is looking for a Director, Tax & Treasury.

Key Responsibilities

Lead global tax planning and compliance, including managing audits and staying current on legislation

Develop and execute global cash management strategies, overseeing banking relationships and financing

Build and lead a high-performing tax and treasury team, providing strategic advice to the executive team

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience required

BS / BA in Finance or Accounting

Master's in Taxation preferred

CPA is highly preferred

Five years in a leadership role required
