Inventory Control Coordinator - 3rd Shift

Inventory Control Coordinator

The Inventory Control Coordinator will accurately and efficiently aid the flow of raw materials and finished goods while also working closely with shipping, warehouse and production teams to ensure inventory accuracy. Ability to work well both independently and with others in a team environment. Maintain inventory databases and generate reports.

Duties :

• Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in performing a variety of tasks across multiple functional areas.
• Conduct cycle count inventory processors to ensure accuracy; includes raw materials, finished goods, and WIP audits daily.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of finished goods.
• Responding to inquiries regarding inventory of finished goods.
• Coordinate each period-end physical count of raw materials and finished goods; including accurate and on time paperwork and data entry is completed.
• Cycle counts of all finished goods locations.
• Review, analyze and adjust inventory discrepancies.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.
